Our story
Our Camp was originally created to give a uniquely enriching Summer experience to Ukrainian youth in the UK. We have now grown to welcome young people from all over the world!
With our unique combination of English language immersion and dynamic, hands-on experiences, campers develop not only their communication skills but also vital soft skills like problem-solving, empathy, leadership, and resilience.
Our approach blends challenge with care—encouraging creativity, collaboration, and confidence while ensuring every young person feels heard, supported, and valued.
This is more than just a summer camp; it’s a place where young minds come alive, friendships flourish, and learning becomes a lifelong adventure.

Creativity not Perfection
We believe that growth comes from curiosity and expression, not from getting everything “right.” At camp, creativity is celebrated in all its forms—whether that’s painting, problem-solving, performing, or simply trying something new. By focusing on the joy of creating rather than the pressure of perfection, campers build confidence, independence, and the courage to take risks. Every mistake is seen as a step forward, every idea as something worth exploring.

Language and life skills are best learned by doing. That’s why every day at camp is full of hands-on experiences—adventures, teamwork, communication, and reflection.
Through English language immersion and real-world challenges, campers don’t just study—they live their learning. They gain fluency, adaptability, and a sense of personal understanding that lasts long after camp ends.

Having previously worked together at various locations and projects throughout Europe including: Ukraine, Slovakia, and Croatia. Our Camp Leaders and co-founders know what it takes to create a place for your child to thrive! The right balance of comfort, change & challenge will boost your child’s confidence, improve their communication skills, and help to foster healthier & happier habits - and Andrii & Lewis have built Our Camp on these ideals!
With over 15 years of combined expertise in youth work, education, and camp leadership - Our Camp Leaders share a passion for empowering young people through creativity, personal growth, and community building.
