Our Team are the heart and soul of Our Camp, embodying the values that make our philosophy come alive. Our Team aren’t just counselors —they’re mentors, role models, and enthusiastic partners in adventure.

Passionate about youth development, creativity and a love of learning - they are handpicked for their ability to inspire, empower, and connect with young people.

Our Team know how to balance safety with fun, guidance with independence, and structure with spontaneity… to bring out the best in every Camper, celebrate every victory, and nurture a passion to strive!

  • With nearly a decade of experience empowering young people, Lewis Edwards is a passionate and skilled professional dedicated to helping youth grow through creativity and meaningful experiences. Holding a master’s degree in Youth Work and Community Development, he combines pedagogical expertise with real-world leadership gained through years of guiding camps and youth programs across Europe.

    Lewis is our Camp’s inspiring leader – his compassion, creativity, and inclusive approach foster confidence and connection in every participant. As co-founder of Smart Point NGO, he has developed transformative projects for Ukrainian refugees, training young people in Community Aid and Leadership. His experience, education, and heart for youth make every camp a truly meaningful and life-changing adventure.

  • With nearly a decade of experience in organizing children’s camps, Andrii is a passionate and skilled professional dedicated to creating impactful programs for young people. Holding a master’s degree in Primary Education, combines pedagogical expertise with a creative approach gained through work in radio, television, and the event industry. Andrii is Our Camp’s entertainer extrordinaire - and his compassion, kind words and attention to detail will help to bring out the same confidence in your child.

    His combination of experience, education, and community involvement demonstrates a deep dedication to making every camp a life-changing experience for your child.
