Visa Information for International Campers

Following Brexit and the end of EU free movement, all international campers, including those from the EU, EEA, and Switzerland, may now need a visa to attend camp in the UK. You can easily check whether you need a visa on the UK Government visa and immigration website.

Once we receive your Registration and Deposit, we’ll email you:

• A Confirmation Letter of Acceptance

• An Invoice

• A Visa Support Letter

Please make sure your passport number is included on your booking form — this is required for your visa documents. Once you’ve checked that all details are correct, simply confirm by email. If needed, we can also send printed originals by post (an additional £40 courier fee applies if you require express delivery).

Applying for a Standard Visitor Visa

To attend our camp, you may need to apply for a Standard Visitor Visa, which allows you to take part in Summer Camps or other programs of up to six months in the UK.

You can:

• Apply up to 3 months before your travel date

• The visa application fee is £127

Please note, it is important to allow sufficient time to obtain a visa. We strongly recommend campers to book their place as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
