With our focus on Fun, Friendship, and Personal Development. We challenge Our Campers to push themselves and learn new skills - to become their best selves - and all this while forging new friendships and life-long connections in the stunning Herefordshire hills!

Our mixed International and Ukrainian staff are here to provide campers with the very best care. Helping them to feel at home while improving their confidence and language skills in a safe & secure setting.

Our Camp packs 10 days of adventure, learning, and friendship into one unforgettable experience. Each day brings a mix of outdoor challenges, creative workshops, team games, and evening fun around the campfire. With expert staff guiding every step, campers build confidence, try new skills, and explore the beautiful Herefordshire countryside — plus enjoy exciting excursions and amazing adventure activities!

What’s Included

At Our Camp, every moment is a chance to learn by doing. Campers grow their confidence, and their English — naturally through real conversations, teamwork, and daily activities — not classrooms. From outdoor challenges to creative projects, they build both hard skills like communication and problem-solving, and soft skills like confidence, independence, and empathy. It’s learning that feels like living — fun, authentic, and unforgettable.

SPECIAL OFFERS:

The price does not include:

  • Travel to the Pick-up point/ (Abergavenny train station): Transportation to Our Camp pick-up point is not included. We can provide train travel from London to Our Camp for an additional fee.*

  • Pocket Money: We recommend bringing £50-100 for trips/sweets.

  • Extra nights: If you require early/late pick-up/drop-off this will need to be arranged in advance for an additional fee.*

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The fee includes accommodation, all meals and snacks, activities, workshops, excursions, and round-the-clock supervision by our experienced team. There are no hidden costs—everything your child needs is covered!

  • Absolutely! With only 40 campers per session, our small community ensures everyone feels included and valued. Group activities, team challenges, and shared meals make it easy to form strong friendships and your child will leave with new life-long friends .

  • We organize a supervised transfer by bus from Abergavenny train station to Our Camp and back. This transfer is included in the camp fee. If you would like to pick-up/drop-off your child, please arrange this with us in advance. Supervised Transfers from London are available for a fee - contact us for more details.

  • We’ll provide a detailed packing list after booking, but essentials include comfortable clothes for all weather, sturdy shoes, toiletries, towels, and any personal items they’d like to bring (within reason!).

  • Your child’s safety is our top priority. Our Team is trained in first aid, safeguarding, and risk management. We maintain a high staff-to-camper ratio and provide 24/7 supervision. Our facilities meet the highest safety standards, and all activities are age-appropriate and fully monitored and insured.

  • Your child’s place is reserved upon receipt of the £300 deposit. After this the payment can be completed in one payment - or over 3 further installments. The final payment must be recieved 4 weeks before the start of camp. Full details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

  • Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including a packing list and information about drop-off and pick-up times. Our team will also be in touch to answer any additional questions.

  • Following Brexit and the end of EU free movement, all international campers — including those from the EU, EEA, and Switzerland — may need a visa to enter the UK. You can check visa requirements on the UK Government visa and immigration website. We’ll provide all the necessary documentation and guidance to support your visa application once we have recieved your Registration & Deposit.

  • Our camp holds all the necessary business, public liability, and site insurance required to operate safely in the UK. However, most visitors to the UK need Private Insurance, visitors will be charged for most NHS services, particularly hospital treatment, unless specific reciprocal healthcare arrangements are in place. Charges can be significant. Due to this we recommend that all International Campers arrange their own Travel and Medical Insurance for the duration of their stay in the UK. This should cover healthcare, travel delays or cancellations, lost luggage, and personal belongings.
