welcome to our camp
Our Camp is situated in the glorious Hereford countryside, on the border of England and Wales, just 30 minutes from the iconic book-town of Hay-on-Wye and in the heart of the stunning Black Mountains; on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park.
Our private site includes incredible fields and paddocks stretching up into the hills; forests, ponds, streams, and more than 2000 m2 of indoor covered areas - our campers are guaranteed an unforgettable and action-packed Summer no matter the weather!

One of our favorite features at Our Camp is the American style dorms - these allow our campers to make as many friends as possible and break down any barriers between groups.

Our modern toilet and shower facilities, separated by gender and cleaned regularly to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained throughout.

We pride ourselves on providing top quality accommodation for Our Campers. This includes the modern and cozy camp cabins - usually reserved for our older campers.

The Cinema room is great for Oscar Night, language lessons and a quieter place to chill throughout the day. We call it our ‘Room of Requirement’ because it has so many uses!

The Fire-Pit is one of our campers favorite places, whether they are roasting marshmallows, or sharing stories around the flames; the Fire-Pit has a special place in our hearts!

Our games room is the place to be during chill-time, and jam-packed with great challenges; a pool-table, Arcade games, Table-Football and more - our campers will never get bored!

The Barn is our indoor activity space - perfect for an early activator, a team challenge, or a shady place to play on a sunny afternoon; it’s got it all!

The Pond is a beautiful place to close the day and reflect on all the activities, emotions and achievements we’ve shared together each evening.

Our Camp sits at the feet of the Herefordshire Black Mountains - giving us the amazing opportunity to explore these magnificent hills.

The Woods is one of our wilder spaces - perfect for practicing survival skills or gathering with your group to share a space and strengthen your bonds.

The Dinning Hall is where the whole camp meets to eat - its the heart of Our Camp where the campers can rest and re-fuel for the amazing activities to come!

When we say our site is HUGE… we mean it! Wit more than enough space for young minds, and young feet to run free and find a space to grow their passion and make new friends!
● Travel
Getting here
Once your camper is registered, we’ll contact you with more details about transportation. There are a variety of options and choose how your child will arrive and depart from camp—we can also provide supervised transfers to/from camp and our designated transfer hubs.

Parents driving to camp can drop off and pick up campers directly at Tybubach Farm, Hereford HR2 0PH. You’re welcome to see the site during drop-off and meet some of our team before departure. Full arrival and departure details will be shared closer to the session start date.

Campers traveling by train should plan to arrive at Abergavenny Station within the designated arrival window to join our free camp transfer service to site. Exact timings and meeting details will be provided closer to the start of the session.

We provide a transfer by bus from Abergavenny train station to Our Camp and back - this transfer is included in the camp fee. If you require a supervised transfer from London please contact us for more details and prices.
